1. did they get consent from the girl for recording the whole thing? From the look of it, and this is just speculation, the girl didn't know. Most women that I know that consent to recording, would look back at the video or at least acknowledge the recording in some way.

Reports are that his DMS asking the second person to record it are also out there and show that he knew she was unaware of the recording. I have not seen them personally yet.
