🏈 If this is true Les miles is sorry.

I was reading some LSU forums to see what they were saying about that horrible loss that IMO was on the coaches. They have video of Les in press conference saying he didn't call spike and that he didn't know why jj ran the spike play. Then there is video of Les calling for spike over and over again. So les pretty much sold out his starting QB to save his but. I saw video looks true but I don't wanna completely bash Les when I'm not positive everything is true but just sayin (IF) it's true that is sorry and cowardly IMO. Sorry no link not sure how to do that it's on tigerden I believe but thought that was interesting. GodBless.

maybe he forgot :lance:

Don't you mean he "mis-remembered"? LOL
Les Miles is a complete and utter moron. The school won't fire him, but they should. They deserve a decent coach, but who is available?
OTOH, I'm sure there will be a crew of up and coming young coaches available after the season's done.
I just hope they don't go after Steve Spurrier, although he could do wonders with that team.

Several thoughts:

They may go after him, but he has been pretty clear over the last few years that his sole interest is doing something new. In his case, taking South Carolina to the SEC Championship game and winning it. Something that has never been done there.

Him going to LSU would be him going to another 'top tier' school and he has been there and done that.

Second, he is older and more tired in my opinion. I just don't see him with the same energy he used to have.

Third, his style of offense is dated and the rest of the SEC AND Coach Spurrier know it.

Just my two cents.

Wow, this will haunt Miles. LSU fans were sort of waiting on something like this to pounce on him. They do no forgive and forget. They are a spiteful, vengeful bunch.

They might as well get over it. They are stuck with his sorry butt and there is little they can do to get rid of him unless they have 18 mill sitting around not doing anything in a bad economy.

Yep, that shroud of denial and phatasm in regards to the state of LSU football is finally lifting off the bayou.

Heck, the Tigers fans are even admitting that the 2007 NC under Miles was a fluke.

dude, give it a rest. 2007 was a fluke.

the decisions he made last night coupled with a 107th offensive rating give justification for being unhappy with where we are going.

the fear is waiting until all progress Saban made [while at LSU] is lost and we start from scratch again......while I, myself, don't see this happening I can understand the unrest.

Les needs to shake up several things this offseason......2009 is basically done.

We were only three plays away from being 7-5 which is amazing considering how much talent we had in '07.

1) If Byrd doesn't catch the bomb against AU
2) If Hester doesn't convert one of those 4th and shorts against UF
3) Chad Jones fumble recovery against Bama

I think Bo Pelini had a lot more to with our success from '05 - '07 than Miles

Dang CrimsonPirate, life in Sportsman's Paradise is gonna get quite entertaining for you.

Harkens back to the days when I was able to observe firsthand the purple & gold misery associated with Mike Archer's fall.

At least the LSU faithful have Sundays and the Saints to look forward to.

the spike doesn't matter it was his stupid ass that let 20 seconds run off the clock before finally calling a timeout. with any other coach in the world LSU wins that game ( with the exception of LAME KITTEN) I thought it was funny I was pulling for MSU....lol
