remember, AU made it a nailbiter with LSU. now they're using a kid that is a more talented runner at QB so don't expect a blowout. they will play their best game against Bama for sure.

the thing that gives me some comfort is that our players are smart on offense. they must realize some of what has happened the last two weeks and desire to correct it. i hope we dedicate to running the ball and not get cute in situations where we just need to get a first down (or a touchdown from the 6 yard line... yes it still bothers me)

Being an Oakland Raiders fan, I have experience with many games the past 10 years when you have no chance in and just say "why even bother"...One thing I learn, YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHANCE!! Fight through the agony and support your team! Fair warning though...will give you false hope at times and hurt more :lol:

Oh I'll support my team as I have the previous 12 weeks. Every Saturday I put the flags on the car, pull on the AU shirt and watch my team sh*t the bed for 3 hours. Sunday I still wear an AU shirt and enjoy the awkward stares from, well, everyone.

But I have no real thought that Saturday will be anything remotely resembling close. This team has quit.

If that plays out, it's astonishing. Those in power are fighting hard to keep it, to the detriment of the interests they presume to hold so dear. You'll probably be just better enough next year to support the "he's making improvement" argument.
