And I know we are almost a month out - But I wonder if the staff is expecting to have Tua back?

If we were playing ND I wouldn't be concerned. But with Oklahoma a shoot out is a possibility... I think the game plan would change significantly depending on our QB situation

I would guess they are going to go into it thinking that Tua will be either limited or a no-go. Saban said they are going to be off for two weeks anyway, so I'm guessing we will know a little more when they get back in a couple of weeks. If Tua looks like to be moving around fairly well then they will probably gameplan with Tua starting in mind and also have that backup plan ready. Then again even if Tua is close to being ready by then, Saban might hold him out for the media viewing period. Either way I figure we see Jalen in the game at times, regardless if Tua is playing.

Personally, I think Hurts matches up better for Oky... I would think a more ball control offense and making their Defense respect the QB run would be our best way to attack/control Oky. Tua scores too quickly, if there is such a thing...

I just wish the site played better with iPhone... so painful on game day trying to post off my phone having to re-login constantly... There has to be a better way

I'm an Android guy so I have no idea how your interface works as compared to mine. @doemasters uses an iPad but I'm not sure if he's using an iPhone. I don't have any issues.

As to logging in ... I see that come up on different sites, often. And, those are sites that aren't using Xenforo software.

I'm curious here though. Are you checking the "stay logged in" box when you sign in? Is your browser set to clear its cache every time you close?

I was using my Ipad at the Iron Bowl and it kept making me login every time I tried anything (even just changing to a new page on a thread). That's why I quit posting that day.

Yes, I check the stay logged in...


It will ask me to log in if I try to post anything or switch to a new thread. I'm not switching apps or closing, opening the app. I can be reading the thread and it shows me logged in and when I go to reply, it says I need to login first.

Not sure if it's related to a "LIVE" setting on the game day thread... but that's the only one that I typically post to from my iPhone. I can check other treads and see if I have issues off my phone... but honestly, it's not the biggest worry in the world either.

@94 Grad, Two years ago the "live thread" was something that was turned on during games only. After the last upgrade, the live aspect runs 24/7.

Right now your provider is using a Canton, GA IP addy...not sure if that's the case in the game threads.

I don't know, but I'm wondering if you guys at the game are jumping from one tower to another due to the amount of traffic.

Might have to do with the way the site/phone deals with the increased activity of the live thread of the in game thread.

I’m not too worried about it. If I really wanna post something I’ll grab my laptop.
