I can forget to shut my gate and let my dogs out...an hour later they are still in the back yard, at worst, sitting on the front porch watching things. Cats? How the hell are they allowed to just go wherever they want and ... I can't shoot them?

Seriously. I don't have a problem with cats. I have a problem with other peoples cats in my yard.

One of our neighbors is an elderly lady that buys big bags of cat food and doesn’t have a cat. I think every cat in a 2 mile radius eats there in any given week.
