The new budget that just passed through the House spells out over a trillion in spending cuts. That's a actual thing, not a projection/forecast from the CBO. (I want to say the number was one and a half trillion for the next fiscal year. I need to go look that back up to make sure.)
I'm going to set aside my reading comprehension abilities. I'm going to go with what you are saying: a combination of deficit and trillions with the CBO
NOT projecting.
