That will be test. Can he do what Saban has done and evolve and roll with the punches, that includes coaching turnover, player attrition, game style changes, etc. He's already shown that he's a bit hard headed in terms of changing his style of play but it hasn't quite back fired yet. I think Dabo would be the best comparison, he got to the top and hasn't seemed to weather the storm that followed it real well (though that could always change). I just think Kirby is the one we will probably see do it well.
I'll add to that, and I could be way off about him, but I think Napier is going to do well at UF which will put additional pressure on him (on and off the field). And it is certainly needed IMO, because I don't see auburn being much of a thorn in their side for the foreseeable future.
