I don't like the idea of the two-loss teams being here, but I do like where they're stacked. Really, I think Jawja, UF, and ISU should be switched around. I do like the tamu/OSU set up. Both teams need to put up or shut up.

But I doubt you wouldn't not watch either. Same was said when Alabama played LSU a second time for the Natty.

Want to and will do are two different things. I'll watch my team but Clemson and Iowa State have no appeal to me (unless you put the game in Ames in December).

There you go. I'd watch it to see if we could get an upset, but much like Clemson vs Virginia, Boston College, and Pitt, they'll stay close for a half and then get smoked in the second half

I don’t think it matters if there is an 8 team playoff or a 12 team playoff or a 16 team playoff or a 32 team playoff or 64 team playoff, you will have the ninth team, the 13th team, the 17th team, the 33rd team, and the 6015 complained they should be in there and start comparing records. Football is not basketball, the games take a toll on the body. You would have to cut the regular season down significantly if you were going to expand the playoffs, and with all of the money involved I just don’t know that that would happen. Sure they would make money on the bowl games for the playoffs but only the teams in the playoffs are making the money at that point. And honestly, how many times is the eighth team or the 16th team going to wind up playing the 12 or three team for the championship? Every year you hear the Cincinnati’s of the world in the UCF’s of the world scream and holler that they want their shot, but would either of those teams really beat Bama, or Clemson? Or whatever team is in the one or two spot. That is the reason we as SEC fans scream every year our conference is the best, especially this year, you are playing SEC talent weekend and week out while Cincinnati is over there playing AAC talent, it’s not even apples to oranges, it’s apples to gravel.

I will take playoffs instead of “bowls”...
8 teams is on the way...

then wecan have decent regular season games...every week

That is what we have. One game after the Bowls. Problem is they just had to match up the top 4 in two of the Bowls and call it a playoff.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
