Tend to agree... Fans and media put way too much stock into week 1 results, but their game against Baylor is massive, IMO. Lose that, and a 2-4 record to start off with is very much in play, if not likely. I think auburn beats Baylor though on that opening Friday night and starts off 3-0. Best case, IMO is getting past UGA week at 4-2, but more likely 3-3. Then they win 4 of their next 5 and fall to Bama... 7-5 overall.

They've got the talent, they had it last season. But like last year, Freeze is going to be the reason they fail again this season. Imploding in games, the constant mental errors on both sides of the ball, that's on him. And I don't see the talent they have being able to overcome it.

And I'm not sure if Ive said it before. But I picked Baylor to beat them week 1, I'll explain why if you want me to. But the gist of it is this.... it's a road game for auburn, and they struggle with those, the other reason is that Aranda(in my opinion) is a better coach than Freeze.
