🏈 How many wins will Georgia have this season?

Certainly on the recruiting ranking worlds.
Thats about the only thing ... at the time... to rate it on.
Nothing has changed within the world of UGA recruiting except their state borders aren't "as closed" as they used to be: that's nationwide, with every program and in-state school.

IF anything, you could point to a slightly easier schedule. And, if anything, I can point to a weaker roster.

A LOT of folks are picking teams and their totals based upon brand names. Look no farther than the SEC Network and their previews for the season. Matt Stinchcomb is a perfect example picking UGA to meet TX in the SECCG because of their ... wait for it, "experience at QB" where he says UGA has it but others (like Bama for this conversation) haven't.

NOW, this experience? I won't knock the time. He started against Notre Dame in UGA's last game, last season, and didn't do too badly (other than the 10 points they scored in a 13 point loss.)

@50+yeartidefan the numbers don't show a good chance for ANY team to go 11-1 this season. There are six, maybe seven that have a 1 in 3 shot of hitting that mark: over half of them in the B1G.

Yep. But you questioned my remark that uga is stocked in talent....and ii only pointed out ....based on recruiting rankings.....they are...
As is osu n texas....
And @mando. There is a lot more than that...schedule..experience...retaining players ( see bamas hit when nick left) ...

One could easily pick osu..texas...uga to be in 11-1 group
Each of those could be the 1:3 you mentioned. Ugas. Schedule lines up. ...not as easily as it did when they were just east division teams...but favorable...

No. I questioned your 11-1 and asked what's changed.

UGA is in the same boat as Bama and Clemson. Roughly, a 1 in 3 chance of hitting the 11 win mark. There are five teams with a greater chance and three hail from the B1G (TX, schedule, and Notre Dame.)

Pointing to their recruiting points to a 10 win season.

Ok. I see 2 teams on near footing. Bama n texas. Both at home. A factor i give a lot of weight to
Their away schedule isnt daunting at all...Tennessee...msu..Florida? GTech...AU

Thats factors. In my way of thinking's....maybe be convoluted....
I see them taking care of road...splitting big 2 at home...
Equals...11-1

Now everyone has their own methods..hate of uga...hate of Smart...history...coaches...whatever....

One of those away beast may rise up...kinda like Florida to be better...and neutral site...
So......there
