🏈 How many losses do you see now?

Seriously, without being negative or positive, how many losses is in our future. aTm doesn't have a defense but a somewhat passable offense, but we should win. Tenn. we could lose this one. LSU should be no problem. Miss. State we lose. The barn-could go either way but I'm leaning toward losing.
So, 2 maybe 3 more losses. What do y'all think?

I like our chances better in the Tennessee game than the A&M game, but I'm worried about both. In all seriousness other than the Western Carolina game we could lose out; I don't think we will, but I think we lose more than we win (not counting Western Carolina) for the remainder of the season. I think we'll be good next year though!

While we could lose some more, other than Mississippi State, everyone left on our schedule has shown deficiencies at least equal to our own.
Yes; the other teams have shown deficiencies, but they don't have the number of deficiencies around the board that we do. The only thing not a "Deficiency" for us is punting and defensive front 7 playing the run. The offensive woe's (the O-line not named Cam Robinson and Arie Kouandjio) is causing our run and pass game to non-existent.

The way Miss State is playing, I very easily could see that in the L column. The others are very winnable including the Barner game. All of this hinges on playing conditions and injuries.

For now, I'm living on the "one game at a time" cliche. I know that winning out is improbable for this team, but I'm not ready to accept the idea of Alabama not making the CF playoff. If I try to look at the situation objectively, however, I see 2 more losses.

This is a terrible post. You didn't want to be negative however it is negative. I am going to keep my crimson goggles on and say we will overcome our challenges and win the rest of our games. Our 5 star players will step up and be men. Their careers are depending on it.

I don't make 7 million dollars a year to make these decisions.............having said that. My hope is that if we are eliminated from SECCG competition, that we start playing the younger guys extensively and finish working out some growing pains. Think of it sort of like LSU is this year. They will be a force the next few years. If we are not going to be able to contend this season, then I hope we prepare for the future.

Auburn- problems in the secondary, turnovers, has not played well on the road. they play us on the road.

LSU- big quarterback issues, defense against the run a big problem.

Tennessee- struggled to move the ball, very inexperienced offensive line, brand new defensive front, only managed three field goals against Florida

TEXAS A&M- porous run defense, Arkansas, Mississippi State and Ole Miss have shown that their passing offense is nowhere near as good as it looked against South Carolina.

Mississippi State looks very good right now, and I am glad that 1) we play them at home, and 2) it is four weeks away.

I would not swap problems with any of the other four. It is old fashioned, I know, but games can still be won with defense and the kicking game. We may see some special teams changes, but I am sure we will see improvements in handling punts.

Ragland and Foster were added to kick coverage against Arkansas.

Honestly, the only thing we need to add to the punt return unit is this: think.

The why did you add to it if it's a "terrible" post? I would call it reality not negative, thank you very much.

Perhaps "terrible" is the wrong word. "Negative", "Pessimistic", or "Antagonistic" might be more appropriate with regard to RollllTide's feeling on this thread.

In any case, you calling the need for this post as "reality" is subjective. "Reality" to RollllTide! is that the Tide will overcome their challenges. I don't think Bama will win all their remaining games, but that's my reality.
