🏈 How lucky are we?

I don't believe we all know how lucky we are to have Alabama Football. Let me preface this by saying, this is not a jab at anyone just a observation. Imagine for a second you are a Auburn fan.... (thats enough) What do you have to be proud of? Other than a streak. National Championships? Bo Jackson? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

I can't express how Proud I am to be a Alabama Crimson Tide Fan!!!! Just like my friend Porter said, its been a while since we have had something to look forward to. Well gang, its here. Not taking away from the past teams that laid it on the line, but its here. Get ready for improvement, focus, skill players, and some great memories.

I want my kids to feel like I did when Coach Bryant, and Coach Stallings brought us to the top. I feel lucky to be a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. The rest are just second.

ROLL TIDE!!!

We have gone through a lot of turmoil since Coach Stallings retired. I for one am glad that we finally have some stability in the program, as well as a plan for consistent excellence. Maybe a run like we had in the seventies where we were in the hunt for the NC is unrealistic in the ultra competitive SEC, but the days of coaches being in trouble for their personal behavior, I can see us being a factor every year again, possibly beginning this year, certainly by next year.

66, God love ya'. :) I haven't exactly felt "lucky" lately. Maybe the constant orange and blue of family members is starting to get to me. It has been a rough past 6 years (at least). To hear them not even worry about us is just sickening but reality for the time being. For those that know me you know how sick this makes me.

Right now we continue the motto of "patience and hope". To continue to not even be regarded in the top 5 of the SEC is tough...we used to be the very top year in and out. Nothing much we can do about it, but this talented freshman class can do plenty about it. Just amazing to me how much the talent had slipped, and I thought all was just fine or at worst on par. Boy, Leroy Jordan obviously knew what he was talking about one day a few years back when he made a comment about our lack of talent.

I treasure my memories of seeing Alabama win a national championship in person not once but twice. Not many people can say and experience that. I sure would like to repeat that one day soon. :)

Delta, I have a feeling we are gonna be in for some great years to come. I believe it starts this year. We will see improvement. 8 to 9 wins, and a Iron Bowl Victory is a possibility in my opinion.

Envious about that lol...only got to see one in person back in '92. The next year I was in the Ga Dome to watch Bama lose to Fla...mainly in my mind because a reversed interception. It was still a great experience and I loved watching Bama play with attitude and class. I expect to see that this year as well...good oldfashionfootballattitude. One word.

this season out of all seasons is going to mean the world me..... the reason is that this is the first year i will watch alabama football games without my grandfather :( ... he loved alabama football and since i don't live in alabama during halftime and after the game we would talk for hours about the game. i'm going to miss that. But on a lighter note it is good to see that alabama is going to be contender again. it has been a while. i'm thinking a 10 win season with an Iron Bowl victory.

While we're pumping sunshine, Marcel Darues is pumping something else.....
