It's not an easy question for me to answer. There's a lot of positive points with several.

I'm left pointing to the job Bo Davis has done with the defensive line.

Saban/Williams - for realizing they didn't need to coach JK Scott much...believe Saban said it a week or two ago that they've pretty much left him alone with his preparation.

On a serious note, I'd go with one of two - Bo Davis (welcome back...missed ya) for the defensive line play this year and Mario Cristobal - keeping things going in the right direction with the OL while moving the parts around often and making Cam look like a 2 or 3 year starter.

Bo Davis by far. I do not share your happiness with Mario Cristobal. He is a great recruiter, but I believe the quality of our offensive lines have gone downhill since Jeff Stoutland made the move to the Philadelphia Eagles. I believe problems with our running game are caused partially with injuries to our running backs, but primarily to our offensive line. Great pass blocking, but not so great run blocking.

I am with jlabit on Mario Cristobal. I am not ready to lay everything at his feet, but I am not nearly as happy with him as I thought I would be when we hired him.

Granted we have not had the same level of talent on the O line his two years here on the job, but we do not have the mauling O-line of times past. I tend to think it is coaching simply based on the job that Joe Pendry did for us up until his retirement with similar talent level. I'm sure Stoutland benefited with having first round talent in Jones, Warmack, and Fluker anchoring 3 of your 5 spots along the line.........and talent could be the case, but Pendry did it with less than first round talent along the front 5. I just think that is the missing link. Look at the last 2 years of our run game and Cristobal is the common denominator. We have a great run game, but we don't have a line that you can ride like what Georgia did to Auburn last night, or like we did to UGA in the SECCG in 2012.

Best coaching job IMO is Davis and Saban. DB's have been way better, which allows the front 7 to pressure.

I'm with jlabit and rammerjammer on Cristobal. Pendry and then Stoutland were far better. I feel like we don't have as much power in the run game - not dominant. I strongly think Pendry or Stoutland would have this line of beef far more dominant.

I'll take Bo Davis as best job so far.

Somehow I overlooked Kiffin. I've been mixed on some of his play calling - run/pass ratio against LSU as an example. But yeah, he's at the top of the list as well, good call out.

I called out Kiffin for his work with Blake only. His play calling has irked me at times, but I think he has done a great job with Blake. I believe so much of QB play has to do with a position coach that can relate to him and can build up his confidence and have that belief in him. Often times, there is that position coach that constantly bitches and screams and yells tearing down a kid and doesn't build him up. A lot of the HCs play that role, with the position coach there to pick him up. I imagine someone pulled Denzel Devall to the side and picked him up after CNS reamed him good for the personal foul.
