🏈 Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry

I think that will be who has a chance. But I believe they will invite Keenan Reynolds as well, as a salute to the troops. He earned an invitation if nothing else, very good season.

Yes, he deserves to be there. He was definitely an MVP in my book. He'll go on to to put the most precious thing we have on the line, life. The man deserves his spot.

Good season against who? The service academies?

What's fukking hilarious is that he won the Nissan fan vote, yet didn't even make finalist.

All the Navy nerds' efforts in writing code for bots were futile... :rotfl:

The day you walk in the shoes as a service Academy cadet the day you can talk. I'm willing to bet my life you've not ever lived a week like these guys in your entire life. He broke Montee Ball's touchdown record, something no one in Alabama history has done, so I think his body of work against any kind of competition is enough, especially with not much else in the form of big time football talent. No four or five stars on that team, yet he did it again st that kind of talent. Come on man, he'said earned his seat at the table.

He did all that against some of the weakest defensive competition in the country, primarily those service academies. Clearly the Heisman voters see the same thing I do.

I'm not bashing cadets. So get off your fukking horse. I have a kid I coached in HS that earned a scholarship to Navy and is his backup right now. Kudos to ALL the cadets at ALL the service academies. You his uncle or something? I'm calling into question his inflated stats against weak defenses that my old, fat ass could score on.

This is football, dude. It's a football award. Not a service merit award.
