Played some amateur baseball during college and beyond. Had a 6'5" pitcher on the team. He had played some pro ball. So he's brought in mid inning for his warm ups. Opposing batter is standing outside the box timing his pitches....bad move. His next throw is a sidearm fastball hitting the batter in the ribs. Word got around and for some reason that was the last time anybody tried this....

Wasnt it Randy Johnson ..Arizona ...that use to buzz a hitter...especially a young kid....
