Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Enjoy your time with your families, if you have your chance. You’ll never know how long you have with them. I recently read a book that noted by the time a kid is 17 they will have spent 95 percent of the time they will spend with a parent. It varies, of course, but sobering nonetheless.

In most cases, however, that statistic is reversed for in-laws. Just saying.
