That's pretty wild to see that Damien has carried ~40 less carries in his career than what Derrick carried in one season.

More proof that Derrick was special, think about the number of carries it took to get 12,124 rushing yards in high school.

All those people that said he'd never play RB...not to mention all the Damien haters the first year of his Alabama career.

What I've noticed most about Damien is that his body type has changed a lot this season. This season he looks very muscular and those guns he's sporting are new. He always wore a gray T-shirt under his pads and this year he is going el natural. Probably just Damien's way of joining the new arm's race at Bama.
