Good stuff. Tons to clean up. Appears Simpson is hearing ghost in the pocket recently and hurrying his throws.


Looks like it’s a combination of poor oline play, no running game, poor play calling and a qb that’s been off for a few weeks now.

I think the comments about Ty seeing ghosts is spot on. He has lost his confidence. Coaches have time to fix this, I hope. May be difficult to do in practice only. OC needs to call plays that can boost his confidence in Q1 against OU. Be glad to have Cuevas back.

If Ty has the same problems in Q1, need to try another QB or we will just get more of the same.

Problem is I don't know what shook his confidence and how you get it back. He was lights out just a bit ago.

I'd say blame rests about 20% on Ty's Shoulders

About 40% on the OL and about 40% on Grubb

The game is more than just the passing game also, the running game and inability to run I can cover rather quickly from this game and show where the mistakes were but essentially they were play calls and losing 1 v 1 blocking scenarios. Abandoning the run so quickly also made no sense, we didn't need to run a ton but we couldn't be fully one dimensional this game.

JMO but we're sending out too many WR's play after play and so many on one side of the field. You would think it would be best to have it more equal to spread out the defense. These routes are way too damn long, and it just magnifies our OL problems.

I watched the 1st half of the game again today and I will drive Grubb to the airport if he needs a lift back to the Left Coast.

UGA just missed blocking the 1st punt. The setup on punt protection is so stupid plus those guys we're sending out aren't serious about their job. Even with the high snap on the block we had players F around half ass. Just embarrassing to paid players ass around play after play.

I'd say 50% Oline, 30% Grubb & 20% Simpson.
