🏈 Georgia blackout for Alabama game?

I will say that I don't feel either side of our line is as equipped as it was in this example or the last few times we've played them. I hope Grubb has this entire game planned out drive wise and we do not deviate. We gotta get into space and we gotta allow Ty to exploit their weak secondary. If we can pop a few decent runs to keep the chains moving, they will never match up against our receivers very well and we can take it to them.

On defense, you gotta stop the effing run. Let them throw all day long if they want, but do not allow Stockton or Frazier to beat you with the run game. Absolutely stop that and we win the game, because they can't keep up with us if it's an arm's race.

Unfortunately you're right. Especially defensively, I'm not confident at all we can match up on the LOS against Georgia. Our run defense has not been good at times, we just make too many mistakes to be a dominant run defense. We're gonna get punched in the mouth, and I hate to say this, but I don't think we'll be able to respond. Each time it happens, we never do.
 
Yeah this Bama team has two issues that will cost them in games like this 1) Lose at the LOS and 2) mental toughness required to go and play on the road when adversity hits.... For that matter it happened at home in the 2nd half against Georgia.

Bottom line is until they show results on the field in these games that is the only logical conclusion you can come to.

Absolutely agree on your assessment.
 
I know everyone doesn't feel confident against Georgia because of what happened against Florida State University two weeks ago.
I do feel like we match up well with Georgia, it's just that most fans don't realize that as of now. We know Georgia has real good defense. We know what they can do against Tennessee. We know what they're going to do to Alabama team. We know Georgia Secondary isn't good at all. One thing I do know is this: The team plays well against better team and I have every confidence in this team to make this game close if possible. I just feel like if Georgia is going to blitz a lot, and trust DL to do their job, we'll be able to run quick passes, and stretch their DL, going left to right instead of going uphill.
