šŸˆ Georgia blackout for Alabama game?

I haven't finished all of the information, but here's some:

Scoring Offense:
#22 Alabama
#36 Georgia

Scoring Defense
#35 Alabama
#47 Georgia

Passing Offense
#10 Alabama
#41 Georgia

Passing Defense
#8 alabama
#82 Georgia

Rushing Defense
We know the answer
Rushing Offense
We know the answer.

Tackle for loss
#48 Alabama
#89 Georgia

Sack allowed
Both teams are at #47 which is 4.0
With the exception of our offensive line, I'm not worried about matching up against Georgia offensively. It's the other side of the ball I'm very concerned about. They're going to try and play bully ball, and every time a team does this, they've been successful against us in doing so.

It’s only been three games. Statistically there’s not enough data.

Not the whole game. Tennessee Defense was gassed because they couldn't get off the field on 3rd down situations. They just was gassed.
They did the same exact thing in the first half to. Go back and rewatch it. And yeah, when you're getting your shit rocked up front, and the other team is able to run the ball consistently and keep drives going.... getting gassed is going to happen.

It's what I'm scared is going to happen to Bama. They're going to incrementally get yards on the ground, maybe bust a few runs for big yardage, then by the 2nd half, we're gonna be so tired that they just start running it at will. That's exactly what they did to Tennessee.

I know everyone doesn't feel confident against Georgia because of what happened against Florida State University two weeks ago.
Not the full story for me. I go back to the pattern of CKD coached teams at Bama when they play good and even average teams on the road. It is ugly. Plus I see the LOS issues on both sides even against inferior opponents. Hope getting TK back makes all the difference on the DL and some magical way the OL performs to give us a running game. In the end the results I see determines my thoughts. CKD wants to change that then show the results on the field.

BTW my hope is that the OL gives Simpson enough time to exploit what seems to be Georgias weakness. That is definetly the strength through 3 games for this team. On the D side of the ball they have to get off the field on 3rd down which means they will have to stop the run and not just early in the game but for 4 quarters,

The most troublesome quality Georgia has right now, is they get stronger later in games... that's what happened to Tennessee. They started withering later in the game... Georgia weathered the storm of their onslaught until they gave out.. Tennessee was the better team in the first half..
BUT you would think Kirby would remember that the blackout games never worked out for them, in the past..

I think he is trying to make a statement and erase the past... No idea if true but it is possible. Smart came from the CNS culture that expects to dominate and make the opponent quit.

Well then entire sports world is going to discuss these same numbers starting Saturday night because it's all both teams will have to go off of.
Agreed, but that doesn’t mean the data is valid. 1. You have the quality of opponents over three games. 2. You have the strengths and weaknesses of each team during those three games. 3. You have the intangibles (weather, rosters (injuries, availability). Just because a stat is used doesn’t mean it’s valid. Media is notorious for twisting stats to show trends that aren’t trends.

It is valid as it's a factual representation of production. And of course you take into consideration opponents etc, but as a whole we have played two legitimate D1 teams to their one.

Factual representation, yes. Able to draw valid conclusions, no. Two legitimate D1 teams to their one tells you that the data is skewed.

Ya know, what's ironic here is the poll/ranking you're suggesting and what they should rely on ... that's eerily similar to the one that is criticized for '41.
