How can the Rebels outscore Bama 17-0 in the second half?

Well Cody going down appears to be a big letdown. I really thought the D would react with more grit after that.

We haven't lost a thing in the middle of our run defense with Cody out. They still can't gain anything in the middle.

I'm seeing both Chapman and Gentry getting a good push at the NT spot.

Then, on passing plays, you are seeing something I am not. We get ZERO pressure on the QB.

Wife, who is an MD, saw them do the wobble test on Cody and she said he is done. The wobble test is where they lift the leg, grab the ankle, and move the knee side to side. Way too loose.

I think for the last ten quarters we have played about like I thought we would this season, which is why I picked us to go 8-4. But, you know, we could still go 12-0.

Two last things.

One. We are really terrible in the kicking game. We miss Ron Middleton badly.

Two. Our offensive line is so vastly overrated it is not funny.

Okay, a third. Glen Coffee might have seen his last carry for a while. Four fumbles in three games will not cut it.

Okay, a fourth. Press man coverage is way deep in Julio Jones head.

Later...

I'm aware of that, Terry. There's also a psychological side to this game. With Cody out, I guarantee you that the linebackers and secondary are feeling more pressure on them.

Just hope, Hodge doesn't pull another Florida on us.

Thank you, alagator.
