They definitely need an upgraded quarterback, they have a top 16 offensive line which is not great but it’s 50% better than the other half of the league.

I’m not saying their passing game is fantastic, we all know Julio can’t play an entire season healthy but they have enough weapons that an upgraded quarterback would make a big difference
