I had a few words, but this bullshit doesn't get physical reaction out of me anymore. The money, paid players, NIL, it just doesn't leave the walls of my bedroom anymore. I post on here and get more pissed at the coaching than anything.

I'm trying not be in a perpetual state of negative thinking on deboer. But yesterday did not help with that. If we don't see any improvement this season, it's gonna be hard for me not to think about getting rid of him. I can't take another season of no improvement, or no development anymore. But I'm gonna sit back and hope they can get it done. For the love of God, get it done.

My only hope is that FSU was some juggernaut team and that we are better than what we showed.

JMO but W's and L's need to take a backseat to fixing the problems Bama has personal wise. We should have done this last year instead the AD, Nick, and Kalen thought it best to kick the can down the road and instead went the appeasement route for the roster.

Play those that really want to give it their all with youth getting a real shot but only if they want it bad.

The point is it could easily happen with the way they played. People are entitled to their opinion. I definitely hope that this is not the end result but looking at the schedule it is a real possibility. I’m sorry that you are all rainbows and sunshine.

What’s tough about Deboer is he has had success at a high level so you want to give him time. He also has lost 5 games at Bama the team looked absolutely unprepared and had pathetic performances. Plus the faces he makes remind me of Mike Shula.

I hope like hell they turn it around, either way, I ain't giving a cent towards a buyout, and wouldn't if I was a mega booster. I'd give the $ to Oats, Vaughn, and Murphy to spend on players before I paid someone else's buyout. The absolute worst case scenario is, we go through another Bama football.nuclear winter... I've survived it before and will again. And at least this time, I'll have the warm memories of 2009, '11, '12, '15, '17, and '20 to keep me cozy.

I think, other than '07, '10, and '23, the other seasons under CNS weren't all that bad either. ON a different note, I wonder how many more positive streaks will be broken until the ship gets righted (such as 10 win seasons, winning streaks against say...VU, winning season opener, etc.). They're now relegated to the annuls of history.

I just hope this ULM team isn't as good as that 2007 team. Is Jimmy Johns still on our team. That boy was a legend. Once of the greatest Bama players that played. That fumble vs ULM near their goal was the end game for Jimbo. My best friend and I were in that crowd. We just had a good laugh. Two losses like UM and FSU back-to-back should be the bottom but I think not.

Is CKD really in control of this team?...Can he impose his will like CNS could?.... Are they afraid of him?.... Maybe this new NIL athlete is uncontrollable..Can he go on this team and find hungry enough people to start putting some of these prima donnas on the bench?
Maybe he needs some outside advisors to come in and watch his practices and give him what he needs to hear... a lot of the people I speak to just don't believe that CKD can control these extreme value players.... it's going to have to be an iron fist in the glove or no fist at all...

You kind of said it yourself and one of your post (without saying it)... you made mention of how you could not explain or understand what could possibly be wrong with this football team.. you said the coaches were not trash coaches and the staff was seemingly pretty good at their job .. so maybe some retired NFL or college coaches could shadow the complete operation now at the University of Alabama football program... if there's something CKD is missing maybe they can point it out to him...

I’m not ready to give up yet, by any means, but … it does stand to reason that if we can admit that the SEC and BigTen have both separated themselves from the rest of college football, then we must also admit the resumès of the best candidates to fill Power Two HC vacancies should have Power Two success on it. To argue that success at the NAIA level holds any relevance for the top jobs in the breakaway Power Two conferences is nonsensical.

The coach needs help... especially if no one can figure out what's really going on.. a lot of people are saying the players are slow..but Ballou claims players are faster than most any other... the S&C program was revamped and made much tougher..Still no change in the LOS play.. practices were supposedly made more demanding..Still the same results.. So what is needed is IDEAS..Before the "abandoned ship" alarm and exodus...Games like yesterday can heavily damage recruiting too..
