I am not a lawyer but I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Expresses over time. IMO, a college coach has every right to rescind an offer or monies to college athletes. We are talking about their livelihood. Just as the college scholarship is a one year deal, so should the NIL deal be one year IMO. If an athlete does not produce revoke the scholarship and the NIL.

81, just FYI - you’re replying to a post from May, 2024. If 24/7 had been able to read the 2026 news, back in May of 2024, then he’d be reading the powerball numbers and sports scores rather than a lawsuit update. Would want to capitalize on that crystal ball!
