I just finished off a catfish filet sandwich with some tartar sauce and a GOOD tomato. The Whopper™ was peaking over my shoulder and getting jealous of the thickness.

Super jealous. I used a crappy store bought tomato. I haven't had a good tomato since September. My tomatoes dried up around mid August. I travel too much for work and it was so dry........couldn't water the garden like I needed to.

I bought a case of Alabama tomatoes a couple of week age. Still good, none so far have gone bad.

I'm from Dothan.........my mom came up during the summer to visit with a couple of boxes of tomatoes and she showed my ex-wife how to can/jar tomatoes like she does. I have ton of jarred tomatoes in my cupboard. Use it for making tomato gravy and home made marinara sauce.

I'd try a crawfish cream sauce or something similar to a crab Oscar for something extra. A good remoulade sauce for something simple

Hope Durken did enough tonight to get the head coaching job at the Barn.... He does not strike me as anything but a good defensive coach that as a head coach will produce anything more than average teams.

I hope so too... but it sure seems like they want to pair him up with a new HC if possible. Either way, they screwed up and missed on Sumrall, which is IMO very good news.

The funniest part of it, there was a clip going around a week or so ago (Josh Pate, who I like and respect) talking about how quiet and smooth the auburn search was going, and that it was the most aligned the AD and power brokers have been in a long time.

Just goes to show, auburn can fuck it up a 500 piece puzzle when 499 pieces are already done.
