An $18-million buyout is nothing to bluebloods like UNC, UK, or Kansas. They'll spend that much annually on a roster.

Byrne needs to get it in the upper 60s and just lock him in. No reason to keep waiting around. Especially after a fourth straight S16 visit, and our fifth in the last six years. We went to what? Two NCAAT appearances from 2007-2020, without even sniffing the second weekend.

I would really get sour on Byrne if he didn't do everything to keep Oats.

Yeah. Kinda planning on it. Headed up to Cumberland mtn next weekend. Then westward ( dont know how far)... then south to gulf.

Then east to Atlantic side.

Been stationary since December, told my wife it seems like every time we start traveling the gas goes way up. We're in Bama for about 6 weeks then up to the Dakotas, yellowstone, and down to Louisiana. Get back to the keys for the winter.

I've got a lot of work to do before I start traveling again, so much that I considered delaying our trip but I'll see how it goes. Maybe we can ride over for a weekend.
