I'm fairly certain I know who the guy is. I don't know him. If what I've been told is correct, he's a long time member of the oldest subscription site covering Bama.

This isn't the whole truth. He hits about half of the time. If you want a comparison, I'd use Heather Denich. Like her, he's outside of a door over hearing things here and there. Like Brandon, I've seen him post here and there for several years. We've had far, far worse people hanging around the athletic buildings and "sharing" what they've heard.

I put as much faith in what Michael posts on his different venues as I do publications that exclusively cover Alabama.

That's why I said "hanging around." I'm trying, though not whole-heartedly, to piece it together. Blue Moon BBQ and Byrne was one of the comments he made one day that caught my attention. A few hours later GB was posting on social media sites.

Do you remember the guy that bluffed his way into getting an SEC press pass for media days? Years ago. He was the guy driving Izzo rumors. It's not the same one; it's the same ilk.

There's something about the rehab machines brought in that had guys working in water he "broke."

If I were to guess? A delivery guy.

Casual curiosity with the guy. One of those things, like the arena thing you mentioned, you "bookmark" in your head. You don't have any idea under which folder...just know its there, somewhere.
