šŸˆ ESPN reports on Ohio State--a story that hasn't gone quietly in the good night.

I've been saying all along that they will somehow let Urban off completely with not so much as a hand slap. I'm shocked that they haven't just thrown his wife under the bus, saying even if she got the texts that she forgot to show it to him. He will come out unscathed. Someone else may take the fall, but Urban will not. JMHO

Look at the situation as a damn human being and not a damn fan of a school or team!!!
It's intriguing that it's not limited to fans of Ohio State. Thepost on page three pasting the tweet from Jerry Hinnen--an unabashed Auburn fan--trying to link this story back to Saban and Taylor isn't as much of a stretch as pointing to schedules but it does go to show where his priorities lay.

And they act like Saban didn't take a shitload of heat for that either!!! He was bashed when he signed Taylor, bashed when he cur him loose, and some even went after him after it was proven the allegation was made up.

Just go back to one of my previous posts here. I already have the template ready for the committee. AD Gene Smith will take the fall.

Who is this guy? Or is it just another "super secret insider that knows something super secret but can't say just yet" person.
He's an author for one. He's written a few books on Ohio State football. I'm familiar with him because he was part of the writing team that did Frank Beamer's autobiography. He's written about Florida as well as a few other schools.

His is a comment I'd take as worthy of consideration.

Gene Smith will be summarily dismissed. Ohio State will embark on a fast and intense propaganda campaign clearing Mr. Meyer's good name - even to the point where we should all feel sorry for the poor guy that he was even in doubt. Other B1G schools will try to use the event to their advantage in recruiting. All is forgotten within the first few weeks of the season.

As a father of two girls, I'm left wondering how this guy is still breathing...

The one thing that will come out of this is how often and to what degree Urban looked the other way to protect the guilty. The investigative committee won't be the only curious people looking into all this evidence. I'm sure even as we speak every sleuth want to be out there are doing their due diligence to embarrass the university and head coach and I don't think it's going to be that hard to brand this guy as the enabler that he is. Even if he keeps his job, I think he gets the Houston Nutt treatment.

I ran across this earlier today. It was linked in an Ohio newspaper.
