🏈 Eddie Lacy?

Can't say for sure. Here's what I see after looking around though. After scouring twitter, the only one's I'm seeing "confirm" it are Auburn fans who, after visiting their twitter page, are the kind that are constantly use the term "bammers". Also, thinking about it, I think we probably would have heard something definitive from someone at least a little more reliable. Another thing is, and I'm no expert on this or any kind of doctor or something, but the "reports" are saying that he's meeting with Andrews today (Monday). From what I can recall when a player tears his ACL they usually get to repairing it asap. I highly doubt that if he tore it Saturday that they would wait 2 days just to meet with Andrews. Of course that's just speculation.

It's possible there's something to it. And if it is it could be something along the lines of a partial tear or something like Chapman had. Who really knows at this point? Guess we'll hear something one way or the other soon. If I was a betting man though, I would bet on it being a hoax.

I have been worried about Lacy being the guy this year due to the fact that he has constantly had some injury issues since he arrived on campus...

Since he arrived on campus? Hmph, he was dealing with injury issues before he committed.

I don't recall what the injury was, but I know I recall him "returning from injury" back in the fall of 2008. At that time, even though we were recruiting him, most still believed he was headed to Baton Rouge.

That said, this is a mild sprain that could have happened to anyone.

(This is going to drive me nuts now...trying to remember what it was back in 2008.)

Thankfully, outside of the one I can't recall, most of his injuries don't seem to be related to each other. What do we have now? A pec tear, turf toe, and mild sprain?

Eh, I'm not worried about Lacy. Yes he's been injured a couple times, but all players get those kind of nicks and bruises. I mean technically Trent was injured almost his whole time here. Julio too.
