🏈 Does being undefeated guarantee you a spot in the playoffs?

IMO, Bama is not only going to have to win out, but they are going to have to kick a$$ and take names, leaving no doubt as to which is the best team. Anymore close wins and there will be more of these 1 loss teams jumping over them. With that said, I don't know if this Bama team is capable of doing that.

I understand your feelings, and I am glad that Joey Gallaway and Danny Kanell are not members of this committee. I don't think that this committee is a kangaroo court that would keep a one loss, SEC champion Alabama out of the playoff, but I agree with you that it os best to take no chances with their whims. Since our remaining games are all at home and neutral sites, I am more optimistic than you are.

Well if Bama beats MSST and doesn't move into the top 4, we'll be in trouble. This committee is a bit of a intangible, we really don't know how they'd react to anything until we get a larger sample size of their rankings. If Bama wins out and wins the SEC Champ game, will we still hear that Bama doesn't have a quality win? I mean the same people who think TCU is amazing for pulling out a victory over WVU on the road seems to think ALA (Who beat WVU earlier in the year) doesn't have a single quality OOC win. If this is the way the committee is viewing it I'm a bit scared at the influence the media can have on those members.
