Honestly, I've considered taking my digital camera to a few courses around here just for situations like this one. That pic was taken when I was helping them update their web site.
Two years ago, on the same hole, there was a Moc there that was a good 5ft long. I'd bet in the middle it was at least 4½", maybe 5 in diameter. We just putted around it.
Off the top of your head, just how many different species have you see on a course? Non-domestic of course. The one that shocked me this year was a wolf. It wasn't so much seeing it, but seeing it on
that course.
For the golfers...
3 par, 175 from the gold over water (don't even know why I mention that because there's water on 14 holes) and then over a bunker surrounding the front and sides. Handicap on the hole is 18 which is a bit of a misnomer considering...
