I can't think of the name of the place off the top of my head...
There's a local place that specializes in their scallop Po boy...served with a Creole Tarter Sauce and a remoulade...it's a damn bakery and I just can't pull the name.
AND, since
@It Takes Eleven brought it to my attention...EVERY good Po boy starts with the bread. There's a place called LoLA that has several varieties of the sandwich...but, more importantly they get their bread, daily, from a French bread place. I'm not vegetarian on anything...but it's a damn good sandwich with fried green tomatoes at its core. Their shrimp and crawfish...pretty damn tasty.
