| FOOD Debate: Square or triangle on a sandwich?

I can't think of the name of the place off the top of my head...

There's a local place that specializes in their scallop Po boy...served with a Creole Tarter Sauce and a remoulade...it's a damn bakery and I just can't pull the name.

AND, since @It Takes Eleven brought it to my attention...EVERY good Po boy starts with the bread. There's a place called LoLA that has several varieties of the sandwich...but, more importantly they get their bread, daily, from a French bread place. I'm not vegetarian on anything...but it's a damn good sandwich with fried green tomatoes at its core. Their shrimp and crawfish...pretty damn tasty.

The appearance of the place? Well...

Po boys are overrated, unless you just want to eat a whole loaf of French bread. If I want shrimp or oysters, just give me a platter and avoid the blood sugar flotsam that loaf wreaks.

You'll note the two I mentioned are far from ordinary; like shrimp. I won't order a platter of shrimp when I'm out running around. When there are several pounds in the freezer...what's the point?

I may eat one once a year; maybe twice. I think it was June when I had the veggie. Several W's that day. The sandwich was recommended by a woman, on a warm day, on a walk, which ended up as a win.
