| FOOD Debate: Square or triangle on a sandwich?

When I eat a sandwich it's a poboy probably 50% of the time rest of the time it'll be smoked deer, ham, or roast beef usually with mayo, mustard, lettuce and pickles. I like Dagwoods and eating them over the sink but only one I would cut would maybe be the poboy but just in half when I'm not going to eat it all.

Favorite po' boy sandwich? I love a crawfish po' boy. But shrimp, oyster, (shrimp & oyster combo), and roast beef Debris style are all right there at the top. It's the perfect sandwich.

Yep they're all on my list and favorite really depends on my mood but if I had to say I'd go oyster
I can't think of the name of the place off the top of my head...

There's a local place that specializes in their scallop Po boy...served with a Creole Tarter Sauce and a remoulade...it's a damn bakery and I just can't pull the name.

AND, since @It Takes Eleven brought it to my attention...EVERY good Po boy starts with the bread. There's a place called LoLA that has several varieties of the sandwich...but, more importantly they get their bread, daily, from a French bread place. I'm not vegetarian on anything...but it's a damn good sandwich with fried green tomatoes at its core. Their shrimp and crawfish...pretty damn tasty.

The appearance of the place? Well...
