🏈 Dawgs VS Barn

I hope they beat each other up big time.
Since we're headed into the Mississippi State weekend a lot are looking at what Auburn did with MSU--ignoring the fact they caught MSU after the Dawgs had played LSU and UGA. They took care of Ole Miss after they had received their beatdown from Bama. Heck, a week off before A&M.

Point being ...

It seems the best thing they have going for them is who they lost games against, not who they've beaten so far. So, when we're looking at their "body of work" this season and try to get a feel for the UGA game what is there to base anything on? It's murky, at best.

The SEC east is as weak as I have ever seen it. GA has beat no one other than ND and that was the 2nd game of the year. ND has got'n better as the year has progressed.
I believe ND would beat them Saturday on a neutral field or maybe even in Athens JMO.

Notre Dame got 55 rushing yards in that first game against Georgia... I have no reason to believe they'll do any better than that

This game sets up exactly like the 2013 contest. Had that miracle pass, better known as the prayer at Jordan Hare, not get tipped and knocked back to the barner receiver, the kick six-game just counts as a tough loss. Bama still wins the SEC, cause they too were going to skull drag Mizzou, and the BCS computers churn out a Bama/Florida State natty hookup.

Disagree, completely. I just don't see Gus having it this season...the ol' bus is just running on fumes. I can see AU winning by double digits if they play their game, but I don't see them being able to.

Look for those intermediate passing routes...those kill Kevin Steele's defenses. We've seen it, personally.

This game "sets up" exactly only in the sense that Bama and the barners scenario in the west are riding on the home stretch with Georgia and Miss St again. It's important that the barners lose and Bama wins this weekend. This makes the "Iron Bowl" irrelevant to Bama playing in the SECCG and having a clean shot at the natty. We still control our own destiny kind of thing.

Didn't read it that way. Got ya.
