🏈 Danny Sheridan comments on Finebaum today

I don't know if this is the right Forum - and if not just move it - but Danny Sheridan had some pretty strong comments on Finebaum this afternoon. Something along the lines of,

"They haven't proved it yet but there is plenty of smoke."
"They are definitely investigating Cam Newton. They have reason to believe he was paid to go to Auburn."

Anybody else hear the show and any of the follow-up?

I stopped by his site this afternoon just surfing around and left fairly quickly. Some idiot from Texas running his mouth...

Danny doesn't have the connections he used to around the SEC, but with his gig at USA Today he's still considered a "college football insider." What he knows about Cam and that situation? I feel fairly comfortable saying he's just repeating things he's read and heard talked about.

I know someone in his immediate family that talks to Danny several times a week over dinner, etc. He (D) hasn't brought up anything of significance.

DS is right...but, it's nothing "news breaking."
