IF there was a day one of Alabama Football, 2025, it's today. Winter workouts, aka "The 4th Quarter Program," starts today.

I made the formation; you'll get the gist. Here's where I'm wondering "Who is #1 in the drill rotations?"

The last I heard Hale was working his way back but I haven't heard much about how ready he'll be; nor when. Horton fits what I understand they are looking for at that position.

VanDeMark OR ... how good is DewBerry, transfer in from A&M? For development, I'll be looking for news on Carroll.

Danny Lewis and Jay Lindsey will fit in there somehow. IE: Lindsey in an "H" type role.

Is Olaus Alinen not making any impact to be at least breaking the rotation? Or is he the solid OL Tackle backup?

I believe he'll be a backup to Proctor (unless they give him a shot at the RT position.)

I'm just thinking about first in drills on day one of camp. It's not a depth chart unless we preface it with de facto.

Ball State kid. He's developmental depth guy right now and they need that in the 2's. I think Carroll bears watching here; but not on day one.
