For me the Script A does not work. It is not unique in the least. When most people see it, it does not say the ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE. While wearing it I had to correct people who have mistaken it for the Atlanta Braves and the Arkansas Razorbacks.

I would like your thoughts. If you have ideas, please air them.

The script A with the Alabama Crimson Tide. That's our logo and it suits me just fine, not to mention I kind of like it.

I have never had anyone mistake my script A Bama hat for a bravos or arky hat. The bravos having a blue hat and arky known for the piggy, plus me living now where near arky helps lol.

I am kinda partial to the A.

That's what I thought, too. But, yesterday I saw a crimson cap with UofA in white, with white stripes above and below, and the name of the school. I went over to check it out and, lo and behold, it said University of Arkansas. Like this, except Arky.:shock:

Script A is my choice.

I don't see how it looks anything like Arkansas' A..and Arkansas uses that stupid hog too much.

The elephant head is too hard to draw. Logos should, in my opinion, be easy to replicate crudely.

The elephant stepping through the A isn't modern enough.

I like the script A also, true Bama fans know the difference in the A's. I love the script A at mid-field also.

I understand exactly what you are saying Rick. I saw an Arkansas Baseball Baseball cap a few years back (slightly different Script A) and understood why the guy was confused.

My beef is that unless you are from the south, or really into the game, many people don't easily know. This is where we are missing out. I would like to see something that is unmistakable Crimson Tide. Our Script A is not that logo.

Being a Bama fan for 45 years I am partial to the distinctive Elephant through the A logo. It was immediately recognized by all who saw it! I (unfortunately) live in the "Gatornation" now and anything that shouts that I am a Bama fan & bleed Crimson gets my vote. I wear the new script A PROUDLY but I still have a soft spot for the old Crimson Tide elephant through the A.

I like the Elephant logo from the 90s. That one is still in use to a small degree. The mean elephant was #1!

I did not get to cast my vote. Had I been able there would have been 4 on the 90s logo. That said I do like the current script A.

I think the script A is cool, although up here in PA when I wear my hats with that on it everyone does think it's a Braves hat. Someone even came up to me a few weeks ago all excited and asked me where I found a maroon Braves hat! You can imagine my response -- ARRGGHHH!!! MAROON!!! BRAVES!!! Yeah, I nearly ripped his head off. I could almost see the headlines, Alabama alum kills man over argument about about a hat, and Alabama coach Nick Saban makes $4 million per year.

I've actually taken to wearing a hat that says BAMA on it nice and big, not Les Miles big, but big enough that theres no confusion.

I did have one great moment wearing my hat with a script A. I pulled up to a red light right outside of downtown Pittsburgh and looked over at the car next to me, the driver saw my hat and gave a big ROLL TIDE, it was awesome! I actually see his car every once in a while he usually has a car flag on it during game weekends, I just love seeing that! Actually the weekend of the Georgia game I saw 5 or 6 Bama flags on cars, made me feel good, like I wasn't the only Tide fan in Pittsburgh!

My only question about the logos, is what ever happened to the Block A? I love that one, I have a nice flag with the block A and my class ring has a block A, I kind of feel outdated.

I guess when I get down to it if it's crimson and symbolizes Alabama I like it, no matter the logo.
