It is, but if he's going to do it, it's a really good spot to jump into. A stable situation with a good team and an AD with HC experience who will have his back and guide him if needed. And also in a state that Cochran has roots and is well known in with HS coaches. I really hope he does well.

That's a name I haven't heard in a minute. Guy was an up and coming coach at Stanford. Took the OC job with the Colts when they had Luck. Then got fired by the Colts and bounced around the league.
Think he's a really good QB coach but not a good OC
Locksley should pull a Spurrier and call the offense… He should hire more capable position coaching, to work better with each group..AND PAY EACH MORE..
