These assassination attempts are being allowed to happen.. and remember a lot of CIA just got their security clearance revoked and fired...The Antifa and BLM groups are never attacked by the government... but conservatives are... if you are on the wrong side of the deep state, you may end up getting killed.. but these killings are not going to stop anytime soon, because they are important to both political parties... this sounds like a bad thing to say, but Charlie Kirk's murder was a big $$$$ boon for politics..

30-06 is going to drop 3.5-4" at 200 yards IF it's a perfect shot. IF. The slightest bit off the shooter is, it's a foot by the time it's reaching the intended target. A foot, and your signal caller is hit. Your best armed forces snipers are always considering line of fire.
My 30-06 is zeroed at 200 and I'm pretty comfortable with it to 400 but I'm not standing behind a target anyone is shooting at. If he had any training he should've been aiming center mass.
His father most likely taught him a great deal about shooting... And I know a lot of people that know how to hand load they can make extremely accurate cartridges.. the rifle he supposedly left in the woods is a Mauser or a Jp sauer and sohn (same company in Germany) considered to be very accurate.... unfortunately they will close it out with this guy, and we will probably never find out the rest of the story.. Sad..

I've seen reports saying he was and he wasn't wearing a vest. A vest without plates isn't stopping a 30-06. Rifle bullets wouldn't ricochet off of a soft vest and a plate vest would've been more noticeable.
Yeah, the video was grainy.. some it hit the trama plate most likely level 3+ and ricocheted... Some other claimed entry in right side of chest bounced on collar bone and out the neck.. Arron Cohen said the trama plate..
He was in a T shirt, look at the photos of him sitting in the chair where you can see his chest. He didn't have a plate vest on.
