Different high school athletic associations have different rules. Most are designed to protect the officials now. I would say that there is a pretty good probability that, "Yes, you can!"

Being arrested is like being sued...you can be arrested for anything. If it can be prosecuted is a whole different story. Someone might can trump up a trespassing charge, or a making threats / harassing communications charge...I'm sure there are a few more.

If you watch the video carefully, right at the beginning there was a coach shoving a player. That would be assault. There were fights al over the field. The game was called in the second quarter, and the visiting team was given a police escort to the bus and out of town.
