Hmm, so he wants to recruit more in and around Georgia... Hell, they've only played one time.

I can think of a few other schools that would be more natural match-ups in the SEC than UGA. He gets to play GaTech on some rare frequency due to the way ND joined the ACC.<iframe id="rufous-sandbox" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowtransparency="true" style="display: none;"></iframe>

I can only imagine he would say this due to the fact that Georgia runs the same kind of old school offense with a two back set, buuuuuut so does Alabama. I guess he knows his team can't play with Alabama so that's why he didn't mention us, but Georgia would have ate their lunch in the Championship game too. Notre Dame's best matchups at this time are in the ACC where they can get back to playing some decent competition in Florida State, Miami, a usual Virginia Tech, and Georgia Tech. Notre Dame has an honorable schedule normally, but that's also why they have been irrelevant for the last 10-20 years. They won games last year because their entire schedule had down years! Everybody talks about their conference being better and we'd offer a great matchup, but very few have offered to come play us. The ones running their mouths that is, not talking about teams like Oregon, TCU, West Virginia, and those that actually play us.

He's damn straight!

Think about it.

An offense that puts up a lot of points.

A defense that features a lot of individual talent but doesn't play together as a cohesive unit.

Spot on comparison!
