Maybe i'm the only one who is concerned........But I said the fact that Bama just said "no" to me meant that they had nothing to hide. I figured if Mo had any information about cheating in recruiting or money or any knowledge about anything he would have been using that as leverage to get his release. I was so happy Bama was standing fast because in my mind....They could say..."Screw it...you cant hurt us in any way!" Well now........With Bama folding...im concerned he must have something over Bama or its coaching staff. And with Bama already having to release one coach for shady tactics and NCAA already investigating that.....I worry.

Don't think sinister thoughts. Even if there was something to hide, how would releasing him protect that information? There would be nothing to prevent him from saying anything.

If the SEC is supposed to "back him" in this situation, does that mean they were supposed to chastise him when Chris Black was allowed to transfer in conference?

Regardless, they put out a statement saying they don't comment on these matters anyway. Until Saban gave him his release, the waiver was a non issue for them. Now they have to evaluate and make a decision, but Saban was the one holding that up.
