I just ordered my Independence Bowl tickets from the university web-site. I have never done this before, so I am not sure about the procedures for bowl tickets.

1. If I got an order confirmation, does that mean that I got the tickets?

In other words, as I am not a Tide Pride member, if there is more demand, will a TP member get tickets over me?

2. Is there any chance that this one will sell out? I kind of doubt it, but just curious. If so, will I get bumped?

I have never gone to a bowl game before, only regular season games, so I am unfamiliar with the differences in ticket procedures.

You'd probably be best served by calling the ticket office and asking them. Then, later this week, call back and see if they give you the same answers (I say that because sometimes even they don't know and give out wrong info).

How many tickets were we alloted? Are we close to selling them out? I went a trollin at AU nation and they were talking about how Clemson had already sold out their tickets but obviously the great Cow Nation had failed to sell out their allotment as of yet. That shouldn't surprise anyone since they don't even seem to be able to sell out their home games.

ON a side note, they were also bragging how much Clemson and AU had in common. The more I think about it they are right. I offer these similarites.

1. Both have ugly uniforms.

2. Both have over rated, under achieving coaches. (However, I have to say that I would take Wingnut over Bowden any day.)

3. Both had to give coaches a raise because of Arkansas.

4. Both rarely if ever win their conference.

5. Neither have many NC to mention.

It depends where you look but I've seen Alabama at -4.5 at the most.
