Ok I know these don't amount to anything but IF we dont make it to the NCG, Bruce Feldman thinks it will be Alabama vs. USC in the Sugar Bowl

I think Feldman is off on that one. I'd like to see it, but I don't "see it happening." It would seem to me, based on location and the matchup, the Fiesta Bowl officials would be all for getting a USC vs Texas rematch. It makes the most sense for ticket sales and TV revenue when they hype the 2005 game.

To me, I would think that the Sugar Bowl officials would think more along the lines of pulling the Big East team in if at all possible. I've seen some talk of Utah getting the nod to the Sugar, but when I consider that I have my doubts if they want two of the "BCS Buster" teams back to back years.

i will agree with terry. i dont' see any bcs busters going to the sugar unless they have to because of the hawii game last year.

I'm flying in from SW Florida to the Sugar Bowl if we end up there.....and only if we play a big team, so I am aaaaaaall about USC! I would be a lock for that game. Not only two big name teams, but I would liek to see how we do against all those "5 stars" that USC stockpiles every year. Bourbon Street would be very interesting those few days.

If we get jammed with a Utah, then I'll be stuck down here with the Gators just down the road in the BCS game. Talk about a nightmare.

I think the Sugar gets a high pick and with the Hawaii waste of everyone's time like last year, they want something big. And big available teams are Alabama (locked in) USC, Texas and Oklahoma. I'd take any of the three, but would like USC since the chances of matching up with them again are soooo slim and I've already seen Bama play OU.

One question for the BCS gurus; If Utah or Boise State win out, are they gonna go to the Fiesta Bowl?

Well, I'm talking about the rotation system between BCS bowls to select those matchups. Thanks.

Well if Utah or BS wins out one of them is in a BSC bowl game either the Sugar or the Fiesta Bowl. So if USC and Texas plays in the Fiesta that mean one of the BSC busters is in the sugar bowl.

Who gets first pick the Sugar or the Fiesta Bowl?

I've heard that it would be us and Ohio State in the Sugar if Florida wins the SEC. That would put Penn State and USC in the Rose Bowl.

You're right Eleven how could I forget. If Oregon State wins out they are in the Rose to play Penn State and that may send USC to the Orange Bowl.
