That was a good game between two good teams. I wanted TCU to win, but Boise St is legit.

Independent of whether they are more deserving of a BCS title game bid than Texas or Alabama, they deserve the opportunity to prove their title worthiness.

Suppose I should come in and eat a little crow. This TCU team that showed up last night has absolutely zero business complaining about being left out of the title game. What an embarrassing and gutless performance. I have no idea what happened to the nearly flawless TCU team that played like possessed demons most of the year, but the version on the field last night was a complete joke. They were severely outcoached, Dalton simply looked lost (I wonder if that crushing he took in the first half rung his bell more that he let on), the running game was nonexistent, the receivers couldn't catch balls that were hitting them right in the hands, and the defense seemed to enjoy leaving receivers wide open. They looked rattled and totally unprepared from the opening snap, which I can only contribute to preparation (or lack thereof) by the coaches. I wonder how much they started believing their own press clippings instead of getting ready to play a tough team.

Even though I hate everything about them, I have to (grudgingly) give props to a BSU team I severely underestimated. They sacked up and punched a previously very good defense right in the mouth.
