I think he could have developed into a good one but one of the best? IDK plus you need that drive and work ethic and ability to not be a screw which he had neither of.

Lorenzen was def. interesting, dude was a lineman playing QB but crazy athletic for his size.

I don't think that anyone cares what color the QB is if he can win ball games and championships...that's not necessarily the same as individual statistics.

I believe that's always been true.

Heck, if it would win championships I think that Saban would even play white boys at running back and WR....
