🏀 🏀 2024-25 Season- {NCAA / SEC Games of the Week} -

BTW, for comparison's sake, the B1G has one night "off" this week; Monday. They have their conferences games with all their teams stretched from Tuesday through Sunday: three more TV days for their basketball.

The SEC should follow suit.

Florida's giant man...Man, that right ankle injury didn't look good.
I did that once playing intramural basketball at the recreational center at UA. I came down on a guys foot and swear that the ball of my outer ankle touched the carpet!!! From my experiences, I knew the last thing I needed to do was take the shoe off. An idiot working there kept trying to take my shoe off and I told him to leave me the hell alone. The goofy bastard proceeded to snatch my shoe off anyway. Well, I proceeded to open hand slap him upside his head!! My ankle blew up to about the size of a softball!! The student health center did nothing but give me a set of crutches. While I was no longer in the football team, I still went over there to the football facility and got Coach Bill McDonald to treat me.

I've seen some nasty injuries and a blown out ankle is one of those. I'm sure everyone has a story. I blew out mine playing tennis; came down on the outside of my foot (dent from my ankle bone is probably there.) Black, blue, crimson, and an assorted number of other colors from my toes to

From my experiences
I've seen ankles blown out that were worse and having "a knee." I've had both; prefer the latter looking back.

I spent 2 weeks with Coach McDonald every afternoon doing therapy. Right ankle was as good as new.

It had been 718 days since Indiana had beaten a ranked team. Last night, over Izzo and the Spartans...

This has to have been a weird scene. Izzo just tied Bobby Knight for all time wins in the B1G and with a win last night he'd have the position of winningest coach in B1G history. It's just sorta fitting he couldn't get it done on Knights home court: OR did he not really "want to?" 🤷‍♂️

On another weird note but related ... MSU (Sparty) is having mid-season hiccups like MSU (State) has had this winter.

I don't know who has the color on A&M vs the 'Backs. He buried the lede just now.

While mentioning the improvement we've seen with UArk he casually mentioned Boogie. It was after his injury they started playing better; playing as a team.

I'm convinced UArk would be winning this game with a little better shot selection. I've seen guys take two steps, stepping inside the arc, when they had a great look at the 3.
