I went to the game since it was in Huntsville.
Bethea is a real deal in person. Wrightsell has to understand his role better. He passed open some good looks to drive into traffic. Not sure what is going through his head, but he has been playing really poor basketball.
There's nothing left to add other than that. Since the 2nd half of the Arizona game, this team has played really bad basketball. Just no effort whatsoever on D, minus a few players. Rebounding has to be the worst in the country.
This is the second time I've got to see the team this season. I like to watch the staff a lot throughout the game to see how they're communicating to the team. Brian Adams is almost nonexistent. Dude talks to them during time outs, but that is it. Just think it's a bit odd to see. Hodgson, Pettway, Henry, and Pannone would all get animated and challenge the guys to play better. You could hear Murphy hype them up or see Fleming communicate the sets. Guess it is what it is. I doubt I'll ever be a fan of Adams.
Lastly, our fans do such an incredible job of putting together an apathetic atmosphere. Lord have mercy at the snooze fest. Is it too much to ask for people to stand up and cheer? 2nd and 3rd level still had availability. I get the holidays and all. But here we are in the midst of the greatest run in program history and we can barely show up to support the team. Oats, the staff, and the players bust their ass. The least we can do as fans is show up, be loud, and support them. Guess that's too much to ask for Alabama fans to do nowadays.
Downvote and argue away.
