Good luck to you young man. I have no idea what the future holds for him and would have certainly loved to see him play one more year at Bama. I personally thought he could use one more year but I am viewing this from a fan and not a professional NFL talent evaluater lol. Honestly if it were my son it would be hard to tell him to walk away from the $$$ and come back. Good luck Xavier. Time to reset and restart ….and fix what is wrong with the defensive staff. I don't care which players leave early but I do hope Pete is on that bus as well. He ain't it.

I think that's a justifiable stance honestly. In regards to how I feel about it, I just love watching Tua throw it. He's got a knack of getting everyone involved and it's amazing to watch. In regards to what he "should" do... I'm in the camp that there isn't much upside FINANCIALLY to him coming back... Cause I believe teams would be willing to red shirt him as a top 5 pick if necessary. Maybe even trade up to do it. But finances may not be his top priority. Or maybe they are and he gets other info. Find out tomorrow!

My wife had foot surgery at the same place that one of Bama's best RB's had toe surgery several years back. Dr X told me they had to complete report after report on how that RB's toe was repaired for the NFL. As you recall that RB was drafted in round 2. I can't imagine what the NFL folks will require for 13's situation but if the kid is going to be good to go then he should go ahead and take the money because he can't change his injury reports while at Bama over 3 years. He is kind of between a rock and a hard place. I am more of a Bama football program fan than what happens once the players leave Titletown. I do wish the all well.

Moses will be a great QB for the front 7.

If X comes back we have a good QB for the secondary - now we don't have that. Surtain is great, but at CB his job is basically man coverage and then run support. Jobe will be back, and the JUCO Williams is coming in. Daniel Wright didn't seem to see the field much this year. Not sure who the 'money' will be, but looks like Jordan Battle, who did play a good bit, and either Daniel Wright or someone else stepping up to play the safeties.

Pete is fine, he’ll be back I hope. At the end of the day players have to execute regardless of coaches and too many times this year they didn’t.

Saban works with the secondary and they weren’t very good at times, so maybe he should go too?
