Meet Alabama's six running backs that could start anywhere in the Nation

Having one or two quality running backs for the upcoming season is a huge asset for any college football team. Alabama currently has six on its roster (three five-stars, two four-stars, and one three-star) that could likely start for any team in the nation. Today we highlight and provide more insight on Alabama's loaded backfield.

Bo Scarbrough
Junior
6-foot-2, 232-pounds
More On Bo Scarbrough: During his sophomore season at Alabama Scarbrough, a native of Tuscaloosa, County rushed for 812-yards and scored 11-touchdowns. In his last four games of the 2016 season, he ran the football 63-times for 454-yards and scored six touchdowns, an average of 7.2-yards per carry against Auburn, Florida, Washington, and Clemson. During Alabama’s national title loss to Clemson in January, Scarbrough suffered a fractured bone in his leg during the third quarter after scoring two touchdowns. During the spring, he was limited in drills and did not play during Alabama’s A-Day. While he is expected to be 100 percent by the ATLShowdown against Florida State, no one has seen him in live action since January 9.

I could do without the sensationalism.

I've said it in a few posts. Our boys can definitely start at any program in the country, I'd put money on it. This will be one of a thousand articles put out about our depth and the talking up of our trove of riches. That's not even mentioning the ones already printed in magazines and online. The sensationalism is going to happen no matter what at Alabama. Coach has built a well oiled machine that everyone looks to for articles and stories.

There is only one ball. I love all these guys and they are all competitors to come here and get in line but odds are we will face some transfers early this season. My guess would be Emmons at this point but with his injury and Bama stacking more talent in there it wouldn't be a shock.

Although Bo hasnt had one season were he didn't get inured going back to high school so the guys behind him know they will get to play a bunch. I think Nick Jacobs is a star in waiting. He is low to the ground, cat quick and shifty and plays with some pop and aggression. Harris has fantastic vision and has a fast acceleration. Najee is a specimen but similar to Bo in a lot of ways, better hands maybe. Brain Robinson will be red shirting no question in my mind.

Any school would love to have our problem at running back though..lol
